(<em>to make it short, <a href=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.com\/en\/ladies-top\/53-mome.html\">M\u00f8me<\/a>\u2019s first name was Lady Colombine\u2026<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11441 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Broderie-bleue-1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Broderie-bleue-1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Broderie-bleue-1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Broderie-bleue-1-768x1152.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>However, contrary to the children version, I wanted a women peplum-less blouse. Hence the slightly fitted waist, with or without a wide sash: it\u2019s so feminine!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11453 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Voile-fleurie-1-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Voile-fleurie-1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Voile-fleurie-1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Voile-fleurie-1-768x1152.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To verify the fit and comfort of such a shape, I muslined a very basic garment: sleeveless, collarless, but with wide ruffles.<br \/>\nA few days (<em>and muslins!<\/em>) later, I got what I had in mind&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11491 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Toile-M\u00f8me-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Toile-M\u00f8me-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Toile-M\u00f8me-1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A slim-fit upper body, with enough ease and comfort for well-endowed ladies,<\/li>\n<li>A flared lower body that can be cinched by the sash,<\/li>\n<li>Front and back vertical cuts that are strategically placed to allow a stunning effect even without ruffles,<\/li>\n<li>Ruffles that add some delicate volume, but don\u2019t weigh the garment down i.e. no gathers !<\/li>\n<li>A well-fitted neckline meant for a collar (<em>or no collar<\/em>),<\/li>\n<li>Dropped armholes for putting on the sleeved blouse more easily, but not too dropped that your bra would be visible when wearing a sleeveless blouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All in all, the <a href=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.com\/en\/ladies-top\/53-mome.html\">M\u00f8me<\/a> blouse is just a clever balance between all of these details that make it what it is!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11485 size-large aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/M\u00f8me-plumetis-rouge-1-965x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"965\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/M\u00f8me-plumetis-rouge-1-965x1024.jpg 965w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/M\u00f8me-plumetis-rouge-1-283x300.jpg 283w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/M\u00f8me-plumetis-rouge-1-768x815.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 965px) 100vw, 965px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then, I started adding all the options I talked about on the social networks :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ruffles (<em>narrow, wide, double, ruffle-less<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Collars (<em>pointed, round, Victorian, collarless<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Sleeves (<em>short flutter sleeves, \u00be or long sleeves, sleeveless<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Sash (<em>with or without sash and sash loop<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Cuffs (<em>with or without frills<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>And even the back opening (<em>zipper or hook-and-eye<\/em>)!!!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The end result is far from the original Colombine, isn\u2019t it?!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11471 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_6404-1-e1542980857369-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_6404-1-e1542980857369-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_6404-1-e1542980857369-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/pm-patterns.blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/IMG_6404-1-e1542980857369-768x1152.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 683px) 100vw, 683px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My <a href=\"https:\/\/pm-patterns.com\/en\/ladies-top\/53-mome.html\">M\u00f8m<\/a>(e)-iform will be amazing!
